When two chefs with distinctive styles come together, you can be sure that their collaboration will create something truly exciting. And already this May, we invite you to experience it at Hiis Restaurant, located just outside of Tallinn.
We will be welcoming guest chef Kim Päivästö, who brings a wealth of experience, having served as head chef at Demo and Inari restaurants in Helsinki and worked in Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay in London. He was also awarded the title of Chef of the Year 2021 in Finland.
In his culinary creations, he combines European cuisine with Asian flavors.
Hiis Restaurant's clean and pure flavors are crafted by head chef Daanius Aas, who was recognized with the Michelin Young Chef 2023 award. He enriches the seasonal menu with foraged ingredients and as a tribute to the natural environment, tying it all together into a harmonious flavour experience.
The dinner will feature 8 courses with exciting flavor combinations, and a curated drink menu will be available to complement the evening.
A welcome drink will be served at 19:00.
The price for the 8-course dinner is €97 per guest, drinks not included.
