GEORGIA & NORDIC SUPRA

We invite you to a unique gourmet dinner, where for the first time the flavors of Georgia meet with Nordic cuisine. Chefs Luka Khinkiladze (Gobi restaurant, Tallinn Brand Chef, Bocuse d’Or Europe’20)  and Kim Päivästö (Michelin restaurant Demo (*), Helsinki Head Chef) have created a special menu of 8 dishes accompanied by Georgian wines, which you can try on April 25 at the Gobi restaurant!

1. „White night caviar“ - potato waffle, roe, sour cream, pickled onion.
2. „Hunter’s trophy“ - grilled deer tartar, horseradish, champagne marinated mustard.
3. „Cheese alchemy“ - Gebjalia, cheese spaghetti, mint emulsion.
4. „Green Symphony“ - asparagus Phkhali, plum gel, rye bread chips.

„Imeretian leek“
leek mosaic, caramelized onion puree, tomato-Satsebeli sorbet

„Coconut Fjord“
smoked season vendance, shot of coconut fish soup, kaffir lime.

„Nordic Khinkali“
deer, lovage, bone marrow broth.

„Midnight sun Chakhokhbili“
pheasant, mousseline, morels, white asparagus, tomato foam.

“Finnish forest Pithivier“
moose, black truffles, savoy cabbage, jaloviina-pepper sauce. 

„Chacha & orchard“
gooseberry, chacha silver, miso and chocolate chips.

„Vintage Caucasia“
Pelamushi wine mousse, fermented grape glaze, Gozinaki walnut crisp.
