SALT x Restaurant HORVÁTH Four-Hands Dinner

On June 25th, the team from Berlin’s two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Horváth will join us for a one-night-only, four-hands dinner on Királyi Pál Street.

Restaurant Horváth brings vegetable-forward cuisine to the German capital, and their philosophy closely aligns with ours. Last year, we had the pleasure of being guests at a similar dinner, and the collaboration between the two teams was so seamless that we knew we had to do it again.

In June, the Salt team will be joined by Jeannine Frank, Sebastian Frank, Benjamin Rösch, and Miko Klages for a 12-course tasting experience. The Horváth team will prepare six dishes, accompanied by their own homemade juice and wine pairings. We’ll be responsible for the remaining six courses and drink pairings.

Reservations are available for 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with limited seating—just like every evening with us.

We can’t wait to welcome you!

Menu is available in vegetarian version if you inform us in advance, however please indicate your preference upon reservation in the the comment field. On the spot we are not able to modify the menu.

About Restaurant Horváth

Located in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district, the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Horváth is led by chef Sebastian Frank, who reinterprets Austrian culinary traditions with a strong focus on seasonal, vegetable-based ingredients. Sebastian’s goal is to move beyond traditional dishes like Tafelspitz to showcase the richness and diversity of Austrian regional cuisine. He often draws inspiration from his childhood and his mother’s home-cooked meals. Originally from Burgenland, he visited Hungary frequently with his family, and his connection extends not only to Hungarian cuisine, but also to the culinary traditions of other Eastern European countries. Known for its distinctive atmosphere and refined yet deeply personal flavors, it stands out as one of Berlin’s most exciting fine dining destinations.
