5-COURSE GOURMET DINNER WITH OYSTERS AND JUNIMPERIUM GIN
In March, Junimperium, the Estonian Gin King and globally acclaimed gin producer with numerous awards, celebrated its 5th birthday. In honor of this significant event and to celebrate the beginning of summer, we are organizing an unprecedented dinner in collaboration with Junimperium. The selection of dishes is inspired by different gins and their flavor profiles. Surprisingly delightful tastes and a meeting with one of the owners of Junimperium, Priit Põldmäe, who will share the company's story and open the doors to the world of gins, are guaranteed.
Complementing the gins are Austeerium oysters, and the best flavor combinations have been curated by Ocean 11's head chef Marianne Laht. You are welcome to join us!
