Ocean 11 is a remarkable restaurant with stunning sea views, located in the cruise terminal of Tallinn Port — on one side, the open sea, and on the other, the bustling harbor. The restaurant has also been recognized by the prestigious White Guide, confirming that the culinary experiences offered here are truly memorable.
The menu combines the best of both sea and land. Half of the dishes come from the ocean and the sea, offering guests fresh and flavorful tastes from different parts of the world. The other half of the menu is dedicated to the finest flavors from forests, fields, and farms, blending the diverse offerings of nature into a harmonious whole. The kitchen team ensures that every dish is prepared to perfection, while also providing a visual delight. The menu also includes options for vegetarians (including vegans).

Award-Winning Architecture
The building at the Tallinn Port cruise terminal has received an architecture award. In the 2021 Development Project category, the winner was the Tallinn Port’s Vanasadama Cruise Terminal and Rooftop Promenade. This large-scale project focused on creating a new urban space and opening the city to the sea. The multifunctional terminal building offers modern spaces for various events and creates new business opportunities both locally and internationally. The innovative urban space on the rooftop promenade provides a 360-degree view of the sea, the harbor, ships, and the city.
Ocean 11 is the ideal venue for both business events and private gatherings. The restaurant is divided into two halls, totaling 350 square meters, plus two large terraces. The indoor spaces of Ocean 11 (comprising halls A and B) can accommodate 130 guests for a la carte dining or 150 guests for receptions. The terraces can host 80 guests on the front terrace and 200 on the rear terrace.
