Ocean 11
A Seaside Restaurant with a Stunning View
Ocean 11 is an excellent seafood restaurant offering a breathtaking sea view. Located at the Tallinn Port Cruise Terminal, the restaurant sits between the sea on one side and the harbor on the other. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the space provides a panoramic view of the sea and fills the restaurant with natural light.
Award-Winning Architecture
The restaurant’s building has received architectural recognition, winning the “Development Project 2021” award for the Tallinn Port Old Harbor Cruise Terminal and Roof Promenade. Ocean 11 has also been honored with quality awards from the White Guide 2023 and Falstaff 2024 and is a member of the Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association. In 2024, Ocean 11 was also nominated for the Silver Spoon award in the Fine Dining category.
A Focus on Seafood
Most of the delicacies served at the restaurant come from the sea and ocean, but the menu also features ingredients from forests and fields as well as meat dishes. Head Chef Marianne Laht creates dishes using carefully selected, fresh, and high-quality ingredients, always favoring local organic produce.
“We base our operations on sustainable principles and adhere to Green Key criteria. Our services are environmentally friendly – we sort waste, use water, electricity, and other resources responsibly, serve tap water, and prioritize local and organic ingredients.”
An Ideal Venue for Private Events
Ocean 11 is the perfect venue for business meetings and private events, such as celebrations or client events. The spacious, high-ceilinged restaurant can accommodate up to 160 guests with à la carte service.
