Here, you will find perfectly crafted classics to signature cocktails with a uniquely Nordic twist, designed by cocktail art expert Dāvids Hilmanis. 

Complement your cocktail with bites from the focused and compelling bar menu, which stays true to Barents’ tenets of simplicity and perfection. 

The bar is featured in the Michelin Guide, awarded two Falstaff forks, and recognized as the "Best Beverage and Cocktail Bar in the Baltics" by Baltic Wine List.

Chef’s Table 

A breathtaking culinary show where sharp knives, clouds of steam, pots, pans, and the movements of chefs merge into a harmonious symphony. Guests can witness the head chef and their team in action by taking one of the six seats at a 2000-year-old black oak counter.
