Our roots are in Latin America and Asia, and the food we cook draws on our mother’s and grandmother’s recipes. In our Soul Flavours menu, tastes, techniques and traditions meet and combine with local ingre- dients. At UMO we strive to positively impact the environment, work- ing with local producers to reduce our carbon foodprint. Our approach is founded on holistic research into Hungarian agricultural produce and sustainable collaboration with Hungarian organic farmers, for which we receive huge support from Boldizsár Horváth and his Farm2Fork project.
