Restaurant FRÖJ

Restaurant FRÖJ opens its doors in april 2022 in Vaasa, Finland. Here we will offer you a comprehensive experience with food and drink of the highest class. At FRÖJ we work with the best food from Ostrobothnia mixed with ingredients from other Northern countries. We call this style modern northern cooking and it mirrors todays northern culture. Weare using traditional techniques and let other cultures from around the world influence us.

In the restaurant, that is located in a historical building beside Vaasa market square, is seats for 44 customers. Our speciality are tasting menus with either four or six courses. We call thesemenus Little or Big FRÖJ. At FRÖJ you can also have a drink at our kitchen counter or pick a dish from à la carte menu.

Through private events we can offer a dinner on our upper floor, where our wine room is located. Wine room can be booked for groups up to 13 persons.

On our beverage menu you can find wines from both old and new world. Non-alcoholic beverages are extra close to our hearts, and that's why you'll always find an alcohol free beverage recommendation for our dishes and menus.

Restaurant FRÖJ is HEJM's sister restaurant.
