Eyes Wide Shut is one of our most renowned and exciting events, where wine tasting transforms into a true adventure.

On this special evening, you'll be served 8 wines "blind," in carefully curated pairs. Each pair has something in common that connects them and something entirely different that sets them apart. Without labels or names, your taste buds take full control—allowing you to explore how the wines relate to each other and what makes them unique.

To make the evening even more enjoyable, we offer the option to pre-order a delicious snack platter, featuring mortadella, cured duck, Kolotsi cheese, sun-dried tomato hummus, focaccia, and fermented carrots.
