We’re celebrating the birth of our new umbrella brand with a special 6-course dinner that takes you on a journey through Lore, UMA, and Lessner – with guest appearances, of course, from Lee Brasserie.

On stage: Vaiko Eplik & Mari Jürjens, with DJ Heidy Purga setting the mood.

Scallops with chive-lemon butter sauce

II Course to share – UMA
Shrimp gyoza with ginger–spring onion soy sauce
Crispy eggplant with sweet–sour coconut sauce, pickled chili and coriander
Beef tartare with gochujang sauce, apple, spicy peanuts and prawn crackers

III Course – LEE
Glazed quail with sweetbreads, porcini duxelles and creamy Marsala sauce

IV Course – UMA
Apple–pineapple fritters with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel peanuts
