The menu at LEE Brasserie is both classic and exciting, offering an à la carte selection as well as the unique LEE Experience – a six-course journey served on sharing plates, taking guests on a culinary adventure into the heart of our kitchen. It’s a true taste journey where every dish is carefully chosen and prepared to deliver pure and elegant flavors.
Our cuisine focuses primarily on local and seasonal ingredients, combined with creativity and modern culinary techniques. Among the appetizers, you’ll find fresh seafood as well as delicately smoked meat cuts, complemented by fresh salads and artisan bread. Signature main courses include beef fillet with red wine sauce and delicate fish fillet in a lemon butter sauce. Head Chef and the Team
The LEE Brasserie kitchen is led by head chef and partner Maido Maiste, known for his ability to present simple flavors in an elegant way. Having worked in Estonia’s top kitchens and gained experience abroad, Maido brings his distinct culinary signature and sharing-focused food experiences to LEE Brasserie. His passion for Nordic cuisine and refined flavors shines through in every dish, creating a unique harmony between simplicity and sophisticated execution.
