Aroma Bistroo
Opened at the end of 2024 in the modern Arter business quarter, Aroma Bistroo is a warm and welcoming restaurant and bakery where exquisite Mediterranean flavors meet top-tier hospitality. The bistro invites guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with flavors crafted by head chef Silver Saa.
Mediterranean Flavors and Moments
Aroma Bistroo’s bakery and restaurant are rooted in Mediterranean cuisine, drawing inspiration from the flavors of Italy, Spain, Greece, France, and Turkey. “Guests can embark on a journey across the world and enjoy authentic local flavors suited for any time of the day—breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Freshness and balance are the cornerstones of our menu, where lighter, fresh dishes and sides are complemented by hearty handmade pastas and pizzas cooked over an open flame,” describes Aroma Bistroo.
The Arter quarter serves as a gathering place for the community, with the restaurant at its heart. “We offer a warm, inviting, and spacious setting where people can connect and delight in great food. It’s important to us that our guests experience both culinary pleasure and a sense of peace amid the modern interior. Our creativity extends beyond food—it is reflected in our space, ambiance, and service.”
Aroma’s Menu
Aroma Bistroo offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.
The breakfast menu features a carefully curated selection of morning favorites—from classic oatmeal and granola bowls to heartier options like a bagel with cold-smoked salmon or various egg dishes.
For lunch, guests can enjoy Aroma’s delicious daily specials—each day brings a new, enticing dish, offering a glimpse into the restaurant’s culinary artistry.
Dinner, or the à la carte menu, is the crowning jewel, showcasing the best of Mediterranean cuisine. Handmade pastas and pizzas kissed by an open flame take center stage, alongside other Mediterranean-inspired dishes. For instance, you might find grilled eggplant with sunflower tahini and plant-based yogurt on the menu, or maitake arancini—popular Italian rice balls paired with maitake mushrooms. Since the menu is seasonal, dishes may change by the time of your visit.
“We draw inspiration from different cuisines and cultures, always guided by seasonality and the emotions it brings,” says head chef Silver Saa.
