Created by top chef Vladislav Djatšuk in November 2024, VÕIVÕI Tuli Resto Baar welcomes you with a warm and cozy atmosphere where you can feel at ease and simply enjoy your time. VÕIVÕI offers a menu inspired by European culinary traditions, following a simple rule— the most delicious food is made from the finest ingredients and, of course, with more butter!

The Best Ingredients, Plenty of Butter, and Fire

As the restaurant’s name suggests, butter plays a crucial role on the menu—working hand in hand with the finest ingredients. But the uniqueness of the menu doesn’t stop there. "My diverse background has shaped the menu: I was born in Estonia, but my roots are in Belarus and Ukraine. I studied in France, where I learned the techniques I use in the kitchen, and I have worked in some of Scandinavia’s top restaurants," Vladislav explains. As a result, the menu brings together influences from various places, but it primarily focuses on Nordic and local flavors.

Alongside butter and top-quality ingredients, VÕIVÕI has a third secret element—fire. Primal, playful, and unpredictable, fire adds just the right touch of excitement to the dishes! "The flavors, of course, are buttery, but open fire itself is like an ingredient—it can add a smoky and crispy texture or make something soft and juicy," Vladislav reveals.

Dishes like butter-grilled scallops, wild mushroom pappardelle with black truffle, butter-poached pike-perch fillet with eggplant caviar, and Mamma Djatšuk’s dumplings with Muhu lamb are just a few tempting examples from the menu. The selection includes meat, fish, and plant-based dishes, all made from honest, locally sourced ingredients, often from small farmers.

Cocktail and Wine Bar

On the restaurant’s second floor, a hidden cocktail and wine bar offers a perfect spot to unwind—whether at the beginning of the evening or in the later hours—while enjoying unique cocktails or carefully selected champagnes and wines. During the day, the second floor can also be reserved for private business meetings or lunches.

À la Carte, Lunch Specials, and Tempting Brunch

The à la carte menu is available on weekdays and Saturdays, with a hearty lunch special served on weekdays from 12:00 to 14:00. On weekends, you can indulge in a delicious brunch menu, featuring both classic egg dishes and more unique breakfast flavors.
