Our menu features a fine selection of tapas, salads, and desserts, all crafted from the finest ingredients. We collaborate with a local supplier to ensure that our produce is sourced directly from Spain.
Experienced Leadership
Kaheksa is led by Kaili and Kent, who bring over 10 years of experience in various restaurants both in Estonia and abroad. Their grounded approach and passion for their craft have culminated in this venture, where they can share their culinary expertise with guests. Kaili focuses on exceptional hospitality and curates the drink menu, while Kent prepares his favorite dishes in the kitchen.
A Historical Setting
Located at Suur-Karja 8, Kaheksa resides in one of Tallinn's oldest surviving buildings. Despite renovations, many original structures and details remain intact, including the main portal and Tallinn’s only surviving original diele pillar. This well-preserved late-Gothic house, mentioned in archival sources as early as the first half of the 15th century, offers a unique glimpse into Tallinn's medieval architecture.
The name Kaheksa not only refers to its address but also to the number eight, which symbolizes infinity and magic. In the cozy, rustic, and slightly medieval atmosphere of Kaheksa, time seems to stand still, allowing guests to fully enjoy the company and flavors.
Opening Hours and Background
Kaheksa is open from Wednesday to Sunday. Officially launched at the end of 2023, the restaurant initially warmed up by hosting private events and catering services.
Come and experience Kaheksa, where every visit reveals new nuances in a timeless setting. We look forward to welcoming you!
