Opened at the end of July 2020, Rudolf Restaurant is located on the picturesque edge of Kadriorg. Under the leadership of head chef Sten Märtin, the modern creations of French and European culinary culture are paired with Erik Tammeleht's wonderful cocktail experience for all food lovers.

A Tribute to Rudolf Tobias

Rudolf Tobias was Estonia's first educated composer and organist, driven by a life-affirming mood and a passion for grandeur. During Rudolf Tobias's time in Estonia, classical French culinary art was already being cultivated. Rudolf Restaurant possesses one of Estonia's first cookbooks, which was very relevant during Tobias's lifetime. We have drawn inspiration from the European journeys of this great figure and bring you the best modern French and European cuisine.

For our head chef Sten Märtin, French cuisine is the cornerstone of all modern food culture. Particularly important are clean, clear, and distinctive flavors, where food intertwines with art. He draws inspiration only from the best European ingredients and has also practiced in a Michelin-starred restaurant. "Fall in love with the process & the results will come" is a saying he likes to use and which guides his actions.

Good food becomes an experience when accompanied by wonderful wine, cocktails, and service. The best operation of Rudolf's drinks and service is ensured by Erik Tammeleht, who is associated with the French service organization Coupe Georges Baptiste and is a multiple Estonian champion in cocktail making.
