While the dishes are incredibly flavorful, the restaurant believes that their magic also lies in simplicity. The secret weapon: Josper oven
Great attention is given to the method of meat preparation. The head chef offers guests a rich selection of meats and recommends the optimal level of doneness for each dish. All meat dishes are cooked in a Josper oven over natural charcoal, giving the meat a unique flavor while preserving its juiciness, vitamins, and minerals. The menu features classic cuts such as Ribeye, Chateaubriand, Porterhouse, and Tenderloin, all prepared over natural charcoal at +300°C. A beef steak is not a cheap dish, as it is made from the finest cuts of veal. In fact, only 7–10% of an entire veal carcass is suitable for steak preparation.
In addition to meat dishes, the menu offers a variety of other delights. Freshly prepared salads, light appetizers, soups, and both hot and cold snacks serve as the perfect introduction to a diverse menu. The restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Lunch specials are available from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
