Discover the pinnacle of Spanish biodynamic winemaking!

On May 15, Ocean 11 restaurant will be visited by one of the most renowned winemakers from the Penedès region – Raventós i Blanc.

This is one of Europe’s oldest wineries, with a history dating back to 1497, and it’s still family-owned – now in its 21st generation. All 90 hectares of their vineyards are biodynamic, cultivated in harmony with natural rhythms and sustainable principles. In 2012, Raventós i Blanc stepped away from the cava designation to focus on producing sparkling wines of even higher quality – wines worthy of being an alternative to champagne.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a special 5-course menu, each course paired with carefully selected wines from Raventós i Blanc and Can Sumoi:

Raventós i Blanc Blanc de Blanc – Oyster duo, champagne vinegar mignonette
Raventós i Blanc De Nit Rosé – Scallop crudo, mango-passion fruit sauce, prosciutto, microgreens
Can Sumoi Xarel·lo – Grilled octopus, warm cherry tomato-fennel salad, arugula, pine nuts
Can Sumoi Garnatxa – Grilled beef flank steak, asparagus, tomato confit, herb-garlic olive oil sauce
Sweet finish – Greek yogurt and cowslip panna cotta, marinated rhubarb, crumble + coffee/tea
