Ao Yun Wine Dinner

Ao Yun Wine Dinner
Rare Ao Yun Wine Dinner
Ao Yun is the first wine estate in the Himalayas - a result of an epic journey across China that led to the mystical region of Yunnan. Meaning “flying above the clouds,” Ao Yun takes its name from its place of origin. It took over four years of research by Australian oenologist Tony Jordan, thousands of analyses and a weather station in hand, to discover the perfect terroir at 27 degrees north latitude in China, near the mythical city of Shangri-La.
For the first time in Estonia and the Baltics, we will open six legendary vintages of Ao Yun, including the very first vintage from 2013 and the latest release from 2021. Each vintage tells a story. We will be tasting the wines in two parts: Firstly: 2021, 2020, 2019 and then secondly: 2015, 2014, 2013.
Welcome to the vertical tasting of Ao Yun at our legendary Shang Shi restaurant.
