We invite you to spend Father's Day afternoon at Hiis Restaurant, located along the beautiful northern coast of Estonia at Taju Journey.
On Father's Day, we celebrate the fathers and grandfathers in our lives. What better way to honor these father figures than by spending quality time together by a fireplace, and enjoying exciting flavor combinations.
The seasonal menu is enriched with wild ingredients gathered through foraging, and the pure flavors are harmonized into a complete experience by our head chef, Daanius Aas, who was awarded the Michelin Young Chef Award 2023. Our restaurant team is dedicated to sustainable cooking and maximizing the value of ingredients, inspiring visitors to make more conscious choices and keep an open mind about every component.

The cost of the 8-course Father's Day dinner is 90 euros per person, drinks not included.
