We invite you to join us for this special pop-up event in collaboration with Nonna Regina, where we fuse Italian and Patagonian roots with rich, smoky flavors using fresh, local ingredients. Led by Chef Daniel Matthies and Valentin Gorbalan, this unique culinary experience reflects the blend of Italian and South American traditions that became common in the late 19th and early 20th centuries due to Italian immigration to South America.
