Helene is a certified yoga teacher from YinPower/Kristine Marie Rost and loves to share the magic and power of yoga. After many years as a yogi, a childhood in gymnastics, and a lifelong love for the body's amazing ability to tackle life's big challenges, Helene has opened YinCare Yoga Studio in Frederiksberg. A place that offers a pause, immersion, and the attention we all deserve to give ourselves.
