• Chicken and mushroom croquette with truffle mayo and pickled mustard seeds
• Tapioca chips with dip. 
  Pair with Saint Louis, Blanc de Blanc – Bubbles (France) 

Starter:

• Salmon tartar with fennel, lemon,herb mayo rye bread crumble, and herbs. 
  Pair with: Aderas, Sauvignion Blanc – White (Spain) 

Main:

• Duck confit leg with orange sauce and potato terrine and caramelized apple 
  Pair with Tomassi, Ripasso Valpolicella Superior – Red (Italy) 

Dessert:

• Lemon meringue cake with salted vanilla ice cream and Christmas crumble. 
  Pair with Hetszolo Tokaji, Late Harvest – Dry Dessert (Hungary)
