Traditional craft techniques, respect for products straight from the farm, field or forest, as well as original cocktails. A new place has appeared in Wrocław that pays homage to the Wrocław tradition of craft and trade. This is the Craft restaurant at Plac Katedralny 8, at The Bridge Wroclaw MGallery hotel.
- We want Craft to be a meeting place where everyone can enjoy food in a casual atmosphere, try dishes changing every season. Creating this place we came back to an old, real cooking school. It's healthy, tasty and full - says Szymon Sierant, Chef at Craft.
The chefs' work can be viewed freely - the heart of the restaurant is the open kitchen.

The restaurant offers new Polish cuisine that is a merger of local ingredients and traditional culinary craft – using craft tools, craft cooking techniques and attentive service.

Bar Craft also favors interactions. The uniqueness of this place lies in the use of craft tools and the use of kraft techniques. The card includes, among others, a cocktail inspired by St. Nicholas Street, our company cocktail, reflecting the location of the hotel near the Botanical Garden. We also draw inspiration from the women who visit us. Our cocktail was created especially for them and is enclosed in a perfume bottle.
