Throughout the entire day, the atmosphere is lively yet calm and cosy. Maintaining this atmosphere is important to Lodgen Spiseri and so is the quality of the food. Therefore, all food is made from scratch all day long - from early in the morning until late at night. This means that they sometimes run out of some dishes on the menu. But that is because quality, taste and cooking with attention to detail always come first. The goulash simmers all day and the meatballs are rolled by hand.
