Therefore, all food is made from scratch all day long - from early in the morning until late at night. This means that they sometimes run out of some dishes on the menu. But that is because quality, taste and cooking with attention to detail always come first. The goulash simmers all day and the meatballs are rolled by hand. They have no plan b here, it takes time, and all the good flavours are proof.

The A La carte menu offers a selection of classic dishes with a modern twist. Scandinavian produce is the centre of the meals, and they get their produce from local suppliers in Hemsedal. Here, you get dishes such as venison, grilled beef and slow-baked celery. The lodge also has a large selection of pizzas, both with red and white sauces.
