WINE MAKER’S DINNER – A MAGICAL FUSION OF WINE AND NORTHERN NATURE

WINE MAKER’S DINNER – A MAGICAL FUSION OF WINE AND NORTHERN NATURE
Welcome to an evening where the stories of wine and the flavors of northern nature intertwine in a truly unique way. The Wine Maker’s Dinner is an immersive dining experience where carefully crafted dishes meet thoughtfully selected wines in perfect harmony.
The star of the evening is the Parés Baltà winery, a family-owned estate in Catalonia, Spain, operating since 1790. Their biodynamically farmed, Demeter-certified organic wines are produced in harmony with nature – the grapes grow on nature reserves inhabited by wild boars and golden eagles, in valleys and mountains with varying climates. Adding a special touch to the evening, a representative from the winery will be present to guide guests through the world of wine, sharing stories about the grapes, vineyards, and the winemaking process.
The wines will be paired with a four-course dinner designed by head chef Joel Manninen, inspired by northern nature and its pure, robust ingredients. Each dish is matched with a Parés Baltà wine that complements and elevates the flavors – offering a holistic and deeply sensory experience.
