The kitchen led by chefs László Ruprecht and Csaba Ádám is the fruit of the harmony of this place: closeness to nature,
the cradle of passionate flavor pairings that provide an experience based on the thoughts of producers and chefs and respect for raw materials .
The key word is harmony, which combines and includes our efforts, whether it is about raw materials,
about food, wine, about the shared experience provided by the dinner, which melts the work, dreams, thoughts and knowledge of many people into a shared experience.
Behind every dish we compose - in addition to the modern technical background - are relationships that
they have conversations, producer life journeys and regional products, which are important links in the gastronomy we represent,
of the presentation of this relationship through the given dishes. We pay special attention to those who are devoted to vegetarian meals.
Our basement restaurant offers seating for up to 20 people with a chef's table, 6-8-10-course degustation
with menu items, wines on request. From spring, it will be supplemented with places with grape arbors and covered terraces.
