According to Chef Jenő Rácz’s philosophy, the founder/creator of the Rumour Restaurant, the experience provided to guests should be much more than just a simple meal. He is opening his restaurant along a unique, “Chef’s table” concept, a “Theatre Style” proposition where guests are invited to dine around the performance “Stage”. An interactive experience where patrons can witness the preparation of each dish. This transparency, proximity and direct contact between guests and chefs, makes this experience very casual, almost friendly.
