As part of the TASTE Balaton festival, we warmly invite you to Csopaki Resti on March 15th and 16th, where András Szkladányi, the creator of Resti’s permanent menu, will be cooking for you. The inspiration comes from András’ upcoming book, which focuses on offal—throughout the weekend, these lesser-known and often overlooked cuts of meat will take center stage and find their way onto your plates.
The menu will be an exciting selection of dishes from the book, making this a pre-premiere of sorts. András will personally introduce the courses and share his thoughts on the “nose-to-tail” philosophy, highlighting how these somewhat forgotten and rarely used ingredients can be transformed into refined and delicious dishes. This event is a fantastic opportunity for those who appreciate the nose-to-tail approach and for meat lovers eager to explore beyond steaks, tenderloin, and chops, discovering how undervalued ingredients can become sophisticated culinary creations.
The five-course menu will be bold, exciting, and truly unforgettable! Seating is limited, so make sure to book in advance.
