MATTHEW ORLANDO AT NOLLA – Saturday, July 12

We’re excited to share that Matthew Orlando is coming to Helsinki to co-host a dinner with us at Nolla on Saturday, July 12.

Matt is known as a pioneer of circular cooking and the former founder of Copenhagen’s legendary Amass – a restaurant that helped shape the way the industry thinks about sustainability today. He started his career in the kitchens of San Diego and has worked at some of the world’s most respected restaurants, including Le Bernardin, Noma, Per Se, and The Fat Duck.

Having followed his work closely over the years, and being constantly inspired by his efforts to push the industry toward a more responsible future, we’re beyond excited to welcome Matt into our kitchen. Together, we’ll be creating a menu built around the very best ingredients of the season.

The menu will be 89€ per person! We kindly ask you to let us know about any allergies or special diets beforehand!
