Rukan Kuksa

Restaurant Rukan Kuksa offers Finnish wild food from local ingredients in the Ruka ski resort,
in Kuusamo.
Kuksa's menu includes among other things local fish and game and products of the northern forests such as
mushrooms, berries and wild herbs.

In Ruka Kuksa, the origin of each raw material is known and the menu is updated according to the season and nature`s offerings.
 

The restaurant was established by the Määttä family who has been operating in the Ruka ski resort for a long time. 
The aim of  owners is to raise awareness of the local food culture.

A visit to Ruka Kuksa is an experience. Go on a taste journey alone,
