The restaurant menu changes seasonally. In our restaurant, we focus on classic Nordic cuisine with a modern twist, combining local ingredients with quality products from Nordic suppliers we know and trust. For us at The Berg, important values are the purity of the ingredients, the season, the freshness and cooperation with the producers we know.
In the winter, visiting chefs conjure up wonderful Chef’s Table evenings.
