Salutorget’s menu offers classic cooking with ingredients prepared in a modern way. The menu reflects the flavors of the sea, the history of the Market Quarter, and the changing seasons. You can either select individual dishes or enjoy carefully curated seasonal set menus.

Favorites on the starter menu include not only the ever-popular Toast Skagen but also traditional creamy salmon soup and, staying true to the style of the former luxury store, oysters. The main courses feature a balanced selection of seafood, along with hearty meat dishes. Before dessert—or as a substitute—you can enjoy a selection of rotating cheeses.

At lunchtime, Salutorget offers its classics and a three-course recommended menu at the corner of Market Square.

Afternoon Tea

At Salutorget, you can share a Scandinavian-style Afternoon Tea with friends. The house scones, sandwiches, macarons, and homemade jams, along with other treats, transport you elegantly away from the everyday. The beautifully served platters will add a festive touch to your afternoon, lifting it above the ordinary.

Afternoon Tea is served at Salutorget from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
