Guest chefs Jana Guzanova and Jarno Nittim, familiar to many from the MasterChef show, will take over the Ocean 11 kitchen for one night only, presenting a unique 6-course menu that blends earthy and marine flavors into a perfect harmony.
The menu is seasonal and creative, reflecting Jana and Jarno’s signature style – elegant, hedonistic, and confidently outside the box.

– Cuttlefish tartare & chicken skin
– Beef tataki & pickled wild garlic
– Taiwanese noodles & fish roe
– Scallop with massaman curry
– Pike-perch, smoked bacon & morels
