Autumn at TOKO begins on September 25th with a truly special dinner led by three top talents working "with six hands": our own head chef Klaus Lemmats, head chef of Siigur Restaurants Tõnis Siigur, and sommelier Urvo Ugandi.
This evening will bring together a selection of Rieslings from different origins, offering us all a taste journey from Germany to the USA. It’s a fantastic way to discover how versatile and exciting this grape variety can be. Naturally, the food menu is created to complement the wine selection, ensuring that every bite is a true pleasure throughout the evening.
