Restaurant Bind

Restaurant Bind is by Sønderhav and has a beautiful view over Flensbjorg Fjord. The restaurant’s owners are couple Pia and Christian Bind. Besides serving delicious gourmet dishes, the restaurant also hosts special events and is used as a Chef School. It is open Tuesday to Saturday from 18:00 or after arrangement.

Michelin Experience

Owner Christian Bind is also Head Chef here at this formidable restaurant. And with him, he carries a resumé that sets him apart from many other chefs in Denmark. An absolute culinary master, Christian Bind has worked at a 3-star Michelin restaurant in France and worked 12 years at Falsled Kro on Fyn. In 1989 Bind opened his own restaurant Chez Paul, in Flensborg, which gained a star in the Michelin Guide after only a single year.

Popular Restaurant

The restaurant is highly popular among the guests, which is something Restaurant Bind prides itself on. In November 2015, it won Best Restaurant in West Denmark by its guests. Pia Bind has said that they want their guests to feel welcome. When the guests arrive, the owners invite them to the kitchen to have an aperitif and say hi to the chefs. It shows a different side of the restaurant.

Chef’s Table

At Restaurant Bind, you can dine a la carte in four different ways. They offer a delicious 3-course-meal from 399kr. You can also order single dishes from 145kr. Furthermore, they offer the Gourmet All Inclusive menu with an aperitif, 6-course-meal, wine, coffee and petit fours for 1345kr. Should you wish to eat gourmet in bed, they also offer to prepare their menu as a take-away.
