Restaurant AOC

Centered in the Nordic region's gastronomic capital, Copenhagen, you will find the renowned two starred Michelin Restaurant, AOC. The restaurant is located just a short distance from Kongens Nytorv in the historic builing of the 17th century Moltke's Palace. 

The restaurant has previously been nominated for Denmark's best restaurant and has twice won the acclaimed award "Dish of the Year".

Local produce and fresh Nordic products are paramount when the head chef Søren Selin does his magic behind the pots in the rustic cellar in the heart of Copenhagen.

With his team of talented, dedicated chefs Søren Selin works to transform fresh ingredients from both land and sea to tasty dishes that emerge from a modern cooking style and interprets the new Nordic cuisine.

World Class Wine

The triple National champion sommelier Christian Aarø has carefully selected all sorts of top wines that accompany the food in the best way. He takes pride in finding just the wine that suits both the food and the guest's taste.

Scandinavian style

A simple, timeless design meets you when you step into the cellar restaurant with beautiful vaults. Furniture from Gubi and Eames and service from Royal Copenhagen adorn the room, which seats approximately 50 diners. The restaurant also has two smaller separate rooms that are perfect for more intimate companies.

In the decor it is evident that the good food and wine are the focus: The first thing you see is a new wine cellar and you can look out to the busy cooks in the kitchen, among fuming pans and steaming pots that are working to create flavors that you will not soon forget.
