As a modern Nordic brasserie, the food is simple but full of flavour from natural ingredients. The concept is social dining, where they serve 6 to 9 servings with beverages ad libitum. You are also welcome to order from the à la carte menu if you are only a little peckish.
An appetising menu
You can order a 6 or 9-course menu, but you can always choose from the à la carte. On the menu are delicate meals such as red deer, whitefish, and gateau marcel. If you are bringing children, there is a children’s menu. On Mondays, they offer peal-and-eat shrimp for 295 kr, where you can feast on shrimp, homemade aioli, homemade sourdough bread, and two hours of wine, drinks, beer, lemonade and other fresh drinks ad libitum.
