Restaurant Holmegaard opened in 2020 in Fensmark, near Næstved, and has quickly established itself as a destination of excellence in the Danish open sandwich scene. On the menu, you'll find a wide selection of high-quality open sandwiches for lunch, starting from 98 DKK each. All-time lunch classics with herring and capers, to the pan-fried plaice with homemade remoulade or lemon mayo, as well as hand-peeled shrimp, which are a guest favorite on the menu.
