A DRESSCODE

In the old station building on Amerika Plads in Nordhavn resides the little sister to the restaurant ADDRESS at Tuborg Harbour. The name is A DRESSCODE, and the place sets the framework for an all-time lovely lunch restaurant.

Delicious open sandwiches on the menu

In November 2021, A DRESSCODE moved into the old station building with the ambition of running a lunch restaurant. Here you can visit Monday to Friday from 11.30 to 16.00 and enjoy a menu packed with delicious open sandwiches made from the best ingredients. You can look forward to tasty classics such as lobster, tartar, plaice fillet, shrimp and much more.

On the weekends, A DRESSCODE offers their premises up for parties such as birthdays, business dinners, christenings and weddings. If you are planning a big event, feel free to contact them to hear about the possibilities.

A historic oasis

Restaurant A DRESSCODE resides at Amerika Plads in the thriving district of Nordhavn, where both the location and premises have a story worth telling. It was actually from this waterfront that passenger ships transported Danish emigrants across the Atlantic to New York.

You will find the restaurant in the iconic old station building designed by the Danish architect Heinrich Wenck. It was built in 1895 and still stands beautifully today with its half-timbering, a small tower and barred windows.

Experienced chefs

In the kitchen are two skilled chefs; Magnus Rosendahl and Morten Krogholm. Both chefs have a great deal of experience in the restaurant industry.

Magnus Rosendahl is a trained chef and has participated in several prestigious competitions. Two years in a row, he won gold at the Nordic Championships for cooking students, and since then, he has participated in Worldskills, Young Chefs and Bocuse d'Or.

Morten Krogholm was apprenticed as a chef in 2000 and trained in 2003 at a traditional restaurant near Holbæk. Since then, Morten has worked as a highly acclaimed chef, sous chef and head chef at Café Victor, Noma, Kong Hans kælder, Herman in Tivoli and Søllerød Kro. For the last five years, he acted as Head Chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Kokkeriet.
