The premises have often been used to celebrate life's big and small events because Svanelunden is mainly a restaurant for celebrating events. They have three different rooms to do, and two of them have a terrace overlooking the lake and beautiful nature.

On Fridays, they invite you inside to enjoy the restaurant's 4-course menu, which changes according to the season and the chef's mood. In addition, there is brunch and takeaway on selected days.

An experienced trio join forces at Restaurant Svanelunden

Today, the restaurant is leased by the trio Kamilla, Simon and Niclas. In addition to Svanelunden, Kamilla and Simon also run the popular restaurant Abstrakt at the harbour in Hirtshals. Together, they have allied themselves with Niclas Ettrup, who has previously worked as head chef at various restaurants in North Jutland. In addition, he was responsible for the kitchen at the Danish embassy in Germany.
