Close to Rådhuspladsen, you find a historical, protected building from the 17th century. At this location, beer is brewed with great dedication and creativity to the delight of all visiting guests.

Microbrewery and quality beers from abroad

Take a seat in one of the cosy rooms where the dimmed lighting creates an inviting atmosphere. Here, you can try out their home-brewed beers from one of their 11 shiny beer taps. The beer is tapped directly from the house’s own beer vessels. You can also grab a beer from other Danish microbreweries or even quality beers from abroad. If you are curious and want to know more about the place, you can get a conducted tour inside the brewery.

The new Danish beer kitchen 

If you are interested in getting a unique experience, you can combine the tasting of home-brewed beers with good gastronomy. Brewpub Copenhagen has named itself ‘The New Danish Beer Kitchen’. The beer brewers and the chefs work closely together to create a holistic experience. In the kitchen, the head chef is often inspired by the multiple taste nuances when putting together the menu. This means that the food goes perfectly with the beer - it does not mean that the meal taste like beer. Even if beer sometimes is an ingredient in the meal. 

Cosiest courtyard in Copenhagen

The courtyard is one of the cosiest of its kind in Copenhagen. The yellow bricks, wide parasols, and comfortable basket chairs together with good beer and food create a cosy atmosphere that is perfect for intimate moments.

Inside, the atmosphere is warm and cosy. The room has an authentic style with a brown bar with tall bar stools, barred windows, and candlelight that gives you red cheeks like a good, strong ale.
