• Empanada: Duck confit empanada with red cabbage, port wine reduction and plums.

• Argentine beef tenderloin with a creamy potato mash with truffles, sautéed mushrooms, garlic confit and a truffle-port wine sauce

• Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream and a white port whine sabayon
