About Weinbergs

In a green oasis, surrounded by vineyards and grape fields, on the Scania south coast, only five minutes from the famed sandy beaches of Scania, but also within proximity of beautiful cities like Malmö, Ystad and Trelleborg, you will find Weinbergs Hotel at Idala Farm.

Weinbergs is a small hotel with a high focus on gastronomy and locally grown and cultivated produce. At Weinberg Hotel, the food is their focal point. They put a lot of emphasis on creating high-quality dishes made from local produce. By doing so, you are sure to experience gourmet food on a whole other level here at Weinbergs.

Modern bistro

Their restaurant is a modern and yet rustic bistro. The menu varies depending on the seasons and the produce available. They offer an à-la-carte-menu that changes daily, and they always try to offer something for everyone. Furthermore, they offer a four and six-course culinary experience for those of you who want to celebrate a birthday or anniversary or merely want to treat yourself to the best culinary experience possible, which is naturally available right here at Weinberg Hotel.

Opening hours

The restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Sunday from 17.00 – 21.00. Friday to Sunday for lunch from 11.30 – 14.00.

For hotel guests and larger groups, the restaurant serves a limited menu seven days a week. Please send the restaurant an email upon request.

The lounge bar is open for drinks and snacks only, from Tuesday to Sunday until 22.00.
