Test Wednesdays

Test Wednesday is a night where we showcase dishes we're either working on or considering using at Alex in the upcoming period or as practice with our team of chefs. 
 
We serve it as a three course menu - starters, main, and dessert. 

By that nature, we can’t tell you what the dishes are, but it’s a super fun and interesting way to try new items, and we will leave a little note for you where you can interact with the chefs.

We did this in London, and it was called “Test Tuesdays.” Now we’re just making it “Test Wednesdays”, for 300,- per person (incl. fee)

Naturally, you can buy drinks and additional snacks at the restaurant as you like.

Limited ticket quantities; otherwise, the team can’t maintain control. 
I hope many of you will come and use this as a way to bring together a diverse group of people.

This event is not just about tasting new culinary creations; it’s also an opportunity to engage with the creative process behind the dishes. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we want to hear your thoughts on what works and what doesn’t. Each dish will be crafted with care, and we hope to spark exciting conversations among guests and chefs alike.
