Aanaar’s popular seasonal dinner series continues with the flavours of autumn! Start your day in the peace of the forest and end it with a spectacular mushroom menu at Restaurant Aanaar.
16:00 – Mushroom foraging trip with a guide
Join a small, approx. 1.5-hour foraging trip with a trained mushroom guide and learn to identify and pick some of the most delicious mushrooms of the season. Autumn is harvest time – and mushrooms are its stars.
19:00 – Aanaar’s Mushroom Menu
Mushroom tartare – spruce mayo, marinated mushroom
Mushroom arancini – mushroom crème, balsamic syrup
Stuffed goose leg – creamy mushroom sauce
Cucumber gin granite – mushroom powder
Porcini ice cream – white chocolate sponge cake, porcini caramel
