The uniquely decorated milieu, hospitality, and generous food offer unforgettable experiences for all senses. Saslik has eight distinctive assembly rooms and characteristically decorated dining rooms, which offer a rich ambience, and are complemented by homely hospitality and delicacies made from quality produce. Assembly rooms are ideal for meetings, festive dinners, and family celebrations. Guests will not be charged extra for the use of an assembly room and meeting equipment.

The menu includes Saslik's most beloved classic dishes such as Ivan's Sword, Spiced beef, and Baked Alaska, which have remained on the menu throughout the years. The meat and fish get their great taste from the authentic charcoal oven where they have been grilled. Saslik is also world famous for its exotic bear dishes as well as Blinis which are served year-round

At Saslik we serve Ukrainian vodka and beer, Georgian wines, and brandy and a wide selection of beer and wines from all over the world. Also, a good selection of non-alcoholic beverages is available.
