Martin Söderström, number one oyster connoisseur, will be shucking oysters at The Cock's Oyster Evening. He's not only a three-time Finnish Champion oyster shucker but also European Champion from 2018. 

He will be opening a selection of five different oysters with their individual chracteristics and delicate flavours: Very distinguished French Gillardeau, Bohuslänsk platta from Sweden's westcoast, Canadian Chebooktook, Tia Maraa from Ireland and Bellone from Yerseke in Netherlands.
