Join us on Saturday, 22nd March, at Nolla for an evening that’s as much about food as it is about slowing down and reconnecting with what matters. In celebration of Earth Hour, we’ll be switching off all electricity (except the fridges) for the evening. The menu will be prepared and served by candlelight with, as always, a focus on sustainability, local ingredients, and seasonal produce – all while enjoying great food, acoustic music, and good company.
To make things even more exciting, we’ve invited chefs from other restaurants to join us in the Nolla kitchen. Each guest will be creating a dish for our special 5-course menu (75€), and together, we’ll take on the challenge of cooking without electricity.
