Our most elegant gastronomic experience at The Burman hotel is of Écrin, with its excuisite caviar menu inspired by the precious pearl and its rare quality. It is a dreamlike world of grandeur and opulence, where the highest standards meet bold and innovative cuisine, curated for the most discerning palates. Here each dish weaves its own narrative, creating fresh, innovative recipes with the finest local ingredients.
Prior to the restaurant's opening, Écrin's head chef Alexey Aleksandrov refined his culinary skills in several three-Michelin-star restaurants across Scandinavia, exploring the ingredients and contemporary culinary artistry of our neighboring countries. Écrin is the only restaurant in Estonia to offer Royal Belgium caviar, paired with the highly acclaimed Maison Krug as our house champagne.
