The Bib Gourmand restaurant Marv & Ben reopened its doors in August 2017 in version 2.0. The restaurant is on Snaregade 4, one of the oldest streets in Copenhagen. According to Politiken, at this restaurant, you get value for money in every sense.

The Team Behind

Behind Marv & Ben is the restaurant manager Jonas Nikolas Nikolajsen and Chef Martin Olsen, together with their dedicated team of passionate and talented employees. From the very beginning, the common goal was to create a restaurant with high ambitions but also the ability to accomplish them, to which they succeeded. In 2018 Marv & Ben was mentioned in both the Danish edition of White Guide and The Michelin Guide

At Marv & Ben, you can look forward to Nordic gastronomy prepared from the bottom of local produce from small producers. You can also look forward to tasty dishes based on the best organic ingredients of the season and the best in the world.
